Why We Built This Site
Colorado provides public routes to many court settings and records, but Washington County uses a split access model. District Court and County Court operate through Washington Combined Court, Akron keeps its own municipal ordinance docket, and the statewide public search displays hearing events rather than the complete register of actions. Colorado Courts E-Filing gives limited own-case access to eligible self-represented parties, not anonymous public access to every file. Bringing the verified court roles, search fields, case classes, contacts, and request routes together makes it easier to reach the actual custodian on the first try.

What We Cannot Do
Washington County Court Docket is privately run and has no connection to the Colorado Judicial Branch, Washington Combined Court, Akron Municipal Court, or any government body. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot retrieve an official docket, register of actions, or case document
- We cannot set, reset, cancel, or verify a hearing
- We cannot alter, remove, seal, or correct a court case
- We cannot issue plain, certified, or exemplified court copies
- We cannot file a document or provide legal advice
- We cannot promise that a published contact, fee, or setting remains current
Only the Clerk of Court or the court maintaining the original Washington County file can confirm the docket and issue an official or certified copy.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes that appear on some content pages. A partner controls its service, results, terms, and prices. If a visitor follows a tool to a paid service, this resource may receive a referral fee that supports free access to the editorial material. Washington County Court Docket does not control a partner's database or guarantee what its search returns.
